After my time in the Marine Corps, I had the fortunate opportunity to work on The Yorktown cruise ship with Clipper Cruise Line. It was what they called “small ship adventure cruising.” While on ship I decided to write a couple of songs about ship life.

Bosun Copy Bosun is a song I wrote about our Bosuns on board. You would hear the Bosun being called a lot on the radio. They were always busy helping someone. Sadly, we have lost a couple of great friends and Bosuns since my time on board. So this song is dedicated to Chris "C-Dawg" Williams and Brian Hicks. You guys are missed!
